Waterhouses Cinema Programme

Films are shown every Wednesday. Doors open at 6:30pm and the film starts at around 7pm.

Entry is FREE although donations are appreciated at the door.

Children are very welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Drinks are available throughout and Ice creams are available during the interval. 

The bar remains open after the film so why not pop in for a drink.

Please remember that kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This is not intended to discourage kids, it is simply a Community Association rule.

WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE

The story follows Max, a young boy who wears his wolf suit, behaves badly and is sent to bed without any supper. Once there, he escapes to a forest where he is joined by the monstrous-yet-cuddly wild things for their wild rumpus. Adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic children's story.

Set just after the fall of apartheid and during Mandela's first term in office, INVICTUS explores how the political prisoner-turned-president used the 1995 Rugby World Cup -- which was hosted by South Africa -- as a means of bringing blacks and whites together after decades of violence and mistrust.
