Full course: January 20th, 27th; February 3rd, 17th, 24th; March 3rd, 17th, 24th, 31st; April 7 £35 for ten week course, £12 for block of three classes or £5 drop in Fully qualified and insured teacher. Dru Yoga is flowing, gentle and helps you to relax and de-stress in 2009, suitable for complete beginners.
